Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Dental practice. Tasks: Prepare patients for dental examinations. Order dental and office supplies. Maintain and order supplies. Perform reception and clerical duties. Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment. Schedule and confirm appointments. Record dental procedures performed on patients. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Ability to distinguish between colours. Hand-eye co-ordination. Screening questions: Are you currently a student?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
