Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Conduct performance reviews. Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Smart Serve. First Aid Certificate. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. CPR Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Overtime required.
