Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Outdoors. Work setting: Local sports club. Swimming. Tasks: Coordinate competitive programs . Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs . Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Child Abuse Registry check. Medical exam. Adult Abuse Registry check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Leadership. Accurate. Dependability.
