Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Disinfect operating rooms and other areas. Provide basic information on facilities. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Launder clothing and household linens. Mend clothing and linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Experience: Will train. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
