Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Hot. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties.
