Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Asset languages: Hindi. Panjabi; Punjabi. Work setting: Courier and parcel express service. Tasks: Maintain address databases by updating names and locations . Print and photocopy material . Produce customized labels for letters, parcels and other packages. Stuff and seal envelopes, by hand or by machine. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Operate and maintain print shop and mailing house equipment. Answer inquiries and complete forms regarding change of address, theft or loss of mail. Bundle, label, bag and route mail into the proper delivery stream. Calculate and affix correct postage on letters, parcels, and registered mail. Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically. Receive payments from customers. Record and balance daily transactions. Record special delivery and registered mail. Search directories to find correct address for redirected mail. Sort mail according to destination. Weigh outgoing mail. Perform administrative tasks. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
