Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Supervision. Dispatching. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve work methods. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Train or arrange for training. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Co-ordinate repairs and rentals. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Supervision: 5-10 people. Delivery drivers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Personal suitability: Flexibility. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationKelowna, BC
