Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Beef cattle ranching and farming, including feedlots. Livestock combination farming. Outdoors. Dusty. Wet/damp. Tasks: Handling animals. Monitoring animal health. Perform animal grooming activities . Feed and tend animals. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain livestock performance records. Milk cows. Select livestock for sale. Clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens. Perform general farm duties. Write daily basic progress reports. Area of specialization: Agricultural livestock service. Cattle breeding. Beef cattle. Dairy cattle.
