Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Disinfect operating rooms and other areas. Clean and disinfect elevators. Handle and report lost and found items. Provide basic information on facilities. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Area of work experience: Teaching. Security and safety: Basic security clearance. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Willing to travel regularly. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Repetitive tasks. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear. Personal suitability: Punctuality. Dependability. Initiative. Judgement. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?.
