In this role, the Front Desk Receptionist will support the Senior Management team while ensuring the efficient operation of the corporate office. The Front Desk Receptionist will work with both existing staff and customers to deliver the best experience for all stakeholders on a daily basis. We are looking for an individual that demonstrates significant ambition, seeking to grow with the company into the future. Simply put, we?re looking for someone who?s hungry, able to change gears at a moment?s notice and has a diverse skillset. You?ll be joining a team in a fun environment and as we grow you?ll have tremendous opportunity for advancement.
*What the day-to-day looks like;*
* Delivering the highest level of customer service to our valued stakeholders, including answering customer calls, taking orders and responding to requests;
* Responsible for clerical, administrative and management support;
* Coordinate with management, other team members, suppliers, service providers, visitors and customers to ensure that everyone is on the same page;
* Assisting with planning and implementing corporate initiatives, company sponsored events and meetings;
* Identifying and collaborating with partners to achieve mutually beneficial solutions

* Organization is your specialty and will ensure that our office is a Zen-like area of efficiency;
* You work supportively with a team in a face-paced environment, you speak up when you need to for the benefit of the team;
* You take charge of tasks, planning and implementing are strong points for you;
* You bring an analytical mind and have superb speaking and writing skills
*Qualifications and Requirements;*
* Formal training either through post-secondary education or previous experience
* Superb organizational skills and a willingness to develop organizational systems;
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 ? 30 per week
