The London District Catholic School Board has a reputation for excellence, with more than 4,400 employees working together to educate approximately 27,000 students at 43 elementary schools, 9 secondary schools and St. Patrick Adult & Continuing Education within Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties, including the cities of London, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock.Applications are invited for the position of: BUILDING SERVICES SPECIALIST <p>Association of Business Professionals (Non-Union Employee Group)<p>PERMANENT- FULL TIME 1.0 FTE <p>Effective Immediately<p>Salary range (commensurate with experience) <p>Group 5, $ 75,112 - $85,356 <p>Extensive Benefit Package and OMERS Pension PlanAs a team member of the Building Services Department, the Building Services Specialist provides a variety of services, support and training to address the system wide application and data needs of LDCSB staff and students. <p>Qualifications and Skills required: Minimum three-year Architectural Technology Advanced Diploma and co-op experience (required)<p> Working knowledge of AutoCad & Revit (5 years experience) (required)<p> Working knowledge of Twinmotion (2 years experience) (required)<p> ECIS System Database Experience/Knowledge Required<p> VFA Facility Training/Knowledge and experience (required)<p> At least 1 years experience working in a role supporting data systems technology;<p> Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills<p> Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality and security;<p> Ability to work independently and in a team environment;<p> Must have a valid Ontario drivers license (Full G License).Application must include: Apply to Education Portfolio, cover letter and resume, documented proof of qualification, and the names and contact information of three professional references, one of whom is your current supervisor.
