Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Oilseed (except soybean) farming. Other grain farming. Other miscellaneous crop farming. Work setting: Rural area. Remote location. Tasks: Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding.
