*Overview* We are seeking a Front Desk Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you are a multilingual individual with a passion for guest services, we want to hear from you! *Duties* - Manage the front desk operations efficiently - Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Oversee reservations and check-ins/check-outs - Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls effectively *Requirements* - Previous experience in a front desk or hotel setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus Join our team as a Front Desk Manager and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
