Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Media organization. Tasks: Answer written and oral inquiries. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Explain the type and cost of services offered. Issue receipts and other forms. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Perform general office duties. Receive payments. Sell merchandise. Maintain and manage digital database. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Computer and technology knowledge: Internet. MS Outlook. MS Windows. MS Word.
