Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work setting: Animal shelter. Tasks: Prepare food and feed animals. Clean and disinfect cages, pens, aquariums, kennels, runs, stall and enclosures. Assist with inoculation and treatment of animals. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Veterinary assistant course. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
