*Position Overview:*
The Delivery driver will be responsible for ensuring that Renso Foods' products are delivered safely and on time to our customers. This role requires excellent time management, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, familiarity with local routes, and the physical ability to handle and transport goods.
*Responsibilities:*
* *Product Delivery:* Safely load, transport, and deliver Renso Foods products to customers in a timely manner.
* *Route Planning:* Plan and follow the most efficient routes for delivery to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
* *Customer Service:* Provide excellent customer service by being professional and courteous during all customer interactions.
* *Inventory Management:* Verify the accuracy of orders before and after delivery, ensuring that all products are accounted for and in good condition.
* *Vehicle Maintenance:* Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* *Documentation:* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including invoices, receipts, and any delivery issues or discrepancies.
* *Communication:* Communicate with the logistics team to report delivery status, any delays, or issues encountered on the route.
* *Safety Compliance*: Follow all safety regulations and procedures to ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid driver?s license with a clean driving record.
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
* Familiarity with local routes and the ability to navigate efficiently.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs).
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and providing change if needed.
* Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime if needed.
