Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial. Co-ordinate administrative services. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems. Research records, court files and other legal documents. Assist lawyers in preparation for mediation and judicial dispute resolutions. Draft legal correspondence. Consult with claimants, accident witnesses, doctors and others. Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet. Database management. Legal software applications. MS Office. MS Outlook. Audio-visual or videography. Information management system. MS Excel. MS Word. Court experience: Provincial and Territorial Court. Provincial Supreme Court. Trials. Hearings.
