It's the perfect time to join our sales team.</p><p>Let's move your career forward together- Apply Today!</p><p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Strong "hunter" approach to sales with ability to prospect and grow a book of business.</li><li>Enthusiasm and aptitude for developing rapport with clients</li><li>Persuasive and influential written and oral communication skills</li><li>Time management, goal setting and drive to meet sales objectives</li><li>Communicate daily and in a timely manner with team members and role models/ field managers.</li><li>Attend all appointments generated by Inside Team member on time.</li><li>Self-Prospect new customers to maximize productivity and achieve minimum requirements for prospecting and lead generation.</li><li>Conduct energy and water audits and assessments and perform sales presentations using approved sales materials and procedures.</li><li>Achieve minimum targets as determined by this agreement and updated periodically.</li><li>Engage qualifying customers with any other products offered by ONIT and CWS.</li><li>Adhere to all Corporate Sales Policies as defined in this agreement and as determined and updated by Sales Management from time to time.</li></ul><p><strong>Ongoing key performance indicators:</strong></p><ul><li>Must meet performance plan monthly.</li><li>Work territory assigned by company.</li><li>Use company materials and processes as per protocols and training provided.</li><li>Be polite, courteous, and considerate always when working with fellow team members and clients.</li><li>Work with Company, team members and customers in an ethical manner (OEB and Canadian/ Ontario Law requirements).</li><li>Pass annual certification tests + training tests + criminal record check.</li><li>Communicate daily with sales management and inside team members.</li><li><strong>Attend company conferences and meetings.</strong></li><li>Respect work hours. Regular minimum hours = 8:45 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday (Available hours of operation 8:00 am to 8:00 pm).</li><li>Attend clients in a timely manner.</li><li>Have a vehicle in good working condition, valid drivers licence and be insurable.</li></ul><p><strong>Other Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Monthly car allowance = $750.00</li><li>Monthly phone allowance = $50.00</li><li>2 weeks paid vacation</li><li>3 paid sick days</li><li>Health Benefits package after 3 months</li><li>Eligible to win Outside Sales Trip contests</li><li>Eligible to win Outside Sales Monthly Top Performers contests</li></ul></div></div>
