Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Food service establishment. Restaurant. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Hire food service staff. Prepare budget and cost estimates.
