Responsibilities
Tasks

Check and monitor product quality

Train or assist in the training of other workers

Operate machines or equipment to cut, shape, splice, fit and cement rubber materials to form rubber parts or finished rubber products

Inspect finished rubber products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards

Make minor adjustments or repairs to products

Troubleshoot and locate faults

Perform corrective machine adjustments

Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
