Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Maintain work records and logs. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying). Help customers plan travel time and routes. Make, cancel and change flight reservations. Prepare and issue tickets and receipts. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments. Provide customer service. Reserve seats for general public, travel agencies and tour companies. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Reservations Training Course. Travel Counsellor Training Course. Type of experience: Airline reservation. Call centre. Sales and marketing.
