*REGULAR PART-TIME REGISTERED CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGIST*
Cardiac Testing: Ambulatory Care
Position available immediately
*Job Duties:*
* Scheduled to work: two shifts per week
* Perform all technical functions including electrocardiograms, Holter monitor hook-ups, exercise stress testing, phlebotomy and associated clerical work
*Job Qualifications:*
* Must provide vaccination records or proof of immunity against measles, mumps rubella and varicella (chicken pox) and proof of 2 COVID-19 vaccinations
* Must provide documentation of the Tuberculosis skin testing within the previous 12 months
* Graduate of an approved Cardiovascular Technology Program preferred
* Current registration with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists and the Cardiac Technologist Association of Ontario preferred
* Current CPR certification
* Demonstrated computer skills with Cerner Radnet/ MUSE experience preferred
* Demonstrated competency and superior organizational skills to prioritize tasks in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team
* Demonstrated leadership skills and mentoring abilities
* Excellent interpersonal communication and critical thinking skills
* Strong team player with the ability to perform duties independently and professionally
* Evidence of ongoing professional development and self-directed learning
* Demonstrated excellence in attendance
* Understanding and demonstrated use of good body mechanics
