*LOGISTICS COORDINATOR*

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of our products, from the acquisition of raw materials to final product distribution.
*A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.*
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
* Coordinate and process transportation of shipments
* Prepare all documents for outgoing goods to international customers (mainly US).
* Ensure clear, concise and accurate custom paperwork for border crossing
* Maintain and keep up to date HS Codes and NAFTA certificates.
* Filing and scanning of shipping documentation and folders.
* Communicating directly with dealers, agents, and freight forwarders.
* Communicate internally with receivers and production supervisors on incoming materials and returned goods.
* Prepare all Return Good Authorizations and track and trace returns and rework for production.
* Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure that correspondence with dealers is clear and concise and notifications of shipments are sent out.
* Responsible for tracking shipping costs, and with the help of accounting, manage the shipping budget.
* Working with customers service & agents and provide updates on delivery dates.
* Assist purchasing department upon request.
* Create and maintain monthly and yearly inbound and outbound statistics and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to ensure service levels are maintained.

* Performs other related duties as assigned

* 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination required.
* Working knowledge of legal regulations
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to advance your knowledge
* Good management and organizational skills.
* Must excel in a fast-paced environment where strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task are required.
* Engaged, dedicated and eager
* Familiarity with ERP systems is a benefit.
* Experience with NAV Dynamics would be an asset.
