As our HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our team and enhancing the lives of our patients and the team . Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you'll be at the heart of our mission to find, recruit, and inspire a team of exceptional caregivers and support staff. Your goal? *Key Responsibilities:*
* Recruitment & Staffing:
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the agency.
* Manage the hiring process from job postings and screening to interviewing and onboarding with Directors .
* Partners with the care team to facilitate timely hiring and quality hires.
* Employee Relations:
* Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
* Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes to maintain a harmonious workplace.
* Implement and oversee employee recognition and engagement programs.
* Proactively maintains a positive work environment.
* Builds trust and credibility with employees to create and reinforce a safe, supportive and open environment.
* Compliance & Policy Management:
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
* Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Training & Development:
* Coordinate and manage employee training programs, including onboarding and professional development.
* Provides support to new and existing employees.
* Identify training needs and to develop and deliver relevant training sessions.
* Performance Management:
* Leads the annual performance review process including package preparation, timelines, staff communication, manager and staff training.
* Develop and implement performance improvement plans as necessary.
* HR Administration:
* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
* Manage HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
* Prepares letters as needed for new hires, compensation changes, promotions, disciplinary matters, terminations and employment verification letters.
* Conducts exit interviews, identifies key issues and trends and makes recommendations as appropriate.
* Assists in the development of KPIs key performance indicator, implementation and continuous improvements of HR initiatives, policies and procedures.
* Counsels, provides guidance and support to management and staff on human resources policies, procedures, standards and legislation, workplace health and safety, and organizational requirements.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification.
