Finance: Manages FCC finances responsibly for the long term, overseeing four key areas: Internal Audit, Controller, Treasury, and Loan Operations.<br>? Growth and Innovation: Develops and manages products and services to satisfy customer and market needs and improve operational effectiveness. <br>? Human Resources: Advances and supports employees to achieve organizational success.<br>? Marketing and Public Affairs: Oversees our external brand and reputation, creating and strengthening partnerships. <br>? Risk and Legal: Oversees operational excellence, risk assessment and compliance measures to maximize opportunities and manage risk.<br>? Strategy and Impact: Brings our strategy to life to create a positive impact through four key areas: ESG, Indigenous Relations, Strategic Planning & Business Enablement, and Economic & Thought Leadership.<br>?
