We are seeking skilled individuals who are passionate about precision and committed to delivering quality craftmanship. </strong>If you're looking for an opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and contribute to a growing company, we want to hear from you!<br><br> </p><p><strong>*Must have a reliable transportation*<br />*Must be comfortable with rotating shift*<br />*$22-23/hour*</strong></p><p><br /><strong>We do not provide sponsorship for this role.</strong><br /> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and routers to fabricate parts according to specifications.</li><li>Utilize CNC programming software to input machining instructions, adjust tooling, and optimize production processes.</li><li>Monitor production processes, inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with maintenance staff when needed.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>Coordinate with other team members, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel, to ensure efficient production and resolve any issues that arise.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is an asset.</li><li>Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cement or stone industry.</li><li>Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.</li><li>Physically fit and ability to lift heavy materials up to 40 lbs.</li><li>Have a valid driver's license and must be a permanent resident and citizen of Canada.</li><li>Forklift experience is an asset.</li><li>Comfortable working at heights and noisy environment.</li></ul></div></div>
