*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of young children. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children in their formative years. *Responsibilities* - Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote the intellectual and social development of children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster a love for learning through interactive activities and educational materials - Monitor and assess each child's progress to tailor teaching strategies accordingly - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs *Skills* - Proficient in English language for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues - Experience in special education or willingness to learn about special education practices - Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire young learners - Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining a positive learning environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills to plan lessons and activities efficiently - Ability to write educational reports, assessments, and communicate effectively with parents - Passion for educating and caring for young children with experience working with children Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00-$23.86 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person- LocationWindsor, ON
