The CUPE collective agreement can be accessed by clicking HERE Rate of Pay: This is a 10-month position with a work schedule in accordance with the school year calendar which includes time off at Christmas, March Break and Summer break. The starting annual salary for a 100% position is $35,817.70 including 4% vacation pay. Rates are based on a five (5) step scale with step increases occurring annually in accordance with the Collective Agreement as shown below. EPAs are paid every two weeks with the annual salary paid across 12 months (August 1 st to July 31 st ) for working a 10-month school year. The annual salary for term positions less than a school year is pro-rated over the length of the term.
