Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dusty. Hot. Work setting: Staff accommodation available. Rural area. Resort. Tasks: Assist with landscape constructions. Tie and secure plants. Weed, prune and trim trees and plants. Cut grass. Rake and collect refuse. Remove litter and garbage. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Apply fertilizers. Write daily basic progress reports. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Transportation/travel information: Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Walking. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Personal suitability: Dependability. Organized. Reliability.
