Raven Force Couriers is searching to fill a few open positions for *Full-Time, Operations Supervisor*.
*Responsibilities:*
* Have an excellent sense of communication: Coordinating and managing business partners, subcontractors, and allocating optimized routes and distributing to drivers.
* Being organized: Managing undelivered packages and warehouse returns and completing a daily report at the end of the shift. Participating in the development of procedures and working methods in collaboration with the Director of Operations and monitoring KPIs (Key performance indicator).
* Being resourceful and autonomous: Real time monitoring of the deliveries made by business partners and, if necessary, intervening by finding solutions to meet the objectives of the company.
* Knowing how to manage stress: Work in an environment where deadlines are very short and able to adapt very quickly to the needs of the business. Ability to make quick decisions and problem solving skills to ensure the smooth running of the Station/Delivery Center.
* Being vigilant in ensuring the use of safe work methods and behaviors within your team.
* Other duties as assigned by the stations.
*Requirements:*
* Hold at least two (2) years in an operations supervisory role, preferably in the transportation industry;
* Must have a forklift license or at least 1 year of forklift operator experience..
* Know the current occupational health and safety regulations in force;
* Have general computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, G-Suite);
* Have knowledge of current transport laws and regulations;
* Good communication skills in English

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
