*Qualifications:*
* *A university/college degree in a related field (Electrical Engineering Technician/Technologist, Mechanical Engineering/Technology, Industrial Automation, Robotic Tech from a recognized institution (2 Years min)*
* *Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in Automation Manufacturing Environment / Robotics*
* *US TRAVEL VISA IS A MUST*
* Experience Programing industrial robots (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, Panasonic)
* Knowledge of Ethernet and I-O Link communication protocols
* Able to read and understand industrial electrical schematics
* Knowledge of resistance welding, electrical standards, and latest safety standards
* Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and operations preferred
* Able to lead and work independently as well as within a group.
* Attention to detail; tight deadlines, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Working Knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
* Strong effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Program industrial Robots in the following applications ( Spot Welding, MiG Welding, Adhesive dispensing, Material Handling, Vision)
* I/O Configuration and setup of Bit maps
* Developing programs, path verification, and testing
* Setup and verify Robot Zoning
* Install & commission control systems locally on the shop floor or at customer sites when needed
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues as per customer requirements. Perform field service work as required on customer sites when needed
* Collaborate with various customers, designers, team leads, project managers, toolmakers & electricians to identify any problems to produce our customers with a completed functioning automation system
* Participate in regular project meetings to report progress and track engineering changes as well as identify any action items needed to maintain the project on time
* Identify potential improvements and provide solutions; ensure quality control
* Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
