This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing company and we offer an open concept, fun work environment.</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><span class="long-word">Billings/Collections</span></li><li>Client Management</li><li>Customer Service</li><li>Research</li><li>AND/OR Sales</li><li>College/university diploma required</li></ul><p>Details Of The Role</p><ul><li>40 hours per week <strong>Hybrid remote</strong></li><li>Inbound and Outbound phone calls related to customer billing questions and collections</li><li>Updating and entering information into our CRM and Billing software.</li><li>Processing credit card authorizations</li><li>Creating and sending Invoices</li><li>Communicating with other departments to ensure accuracy of Invoices and Payments</li><li>Polite and respectful demeanor with clients and employees, including over the phone and e-mail.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Time management and planning skills are a must-have.</li><li>The preferred start date would be immediate.</li><li>Full Benefits: After three months of employment.</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, 6 Month contract</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li>Dental care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Drug coverage</li><li>Virtual care via mobile device</li></ul><p><strong>Guaranteed Removals is North America's largest and most successful online image management company, helping people defend and protect their image online.
