\*Overview\* Are you fresh out of school and wondering what direction you want to go with your career? We have the perfect position for you. Easymove Storage & Containers is looking for someone to join our team to assist in all departments. Easymove is rapidly growing. We have a strong team on board starting with the owners and leadership, all the way across to our office dog. We are looking for someone with a good attitude and willingness to learn, to join our team, and offer support in administration duties and yard work. _*\*Office Duties\**_ - Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, assisting with A/R & A/P - Collection Calls - Assist in resolving customer inquiries or issues - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level - Schedule appointments and update calendars as needed - Assist in online marketing like Facebook and Instagram - Source out vendors and supplies as directed _*\*Yard Duties\**_ - Pressure Wash exteriors and sweep/mop interior of Seacans upon return from rental - Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing orders - Decal and photograph new units upon arrival - Monthly inventory counts - Opportunity to learn how to operate forklift if interested _*\*Qualifications\**_ - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Takes direction well - Shows initiative by finding something to do when not busy with supporting tasks - Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is an asset, but willing to train - Able to be on their feet for long periods of time - Interested in learning the basics of bookkeeping - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills and phone etiquette - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 40 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Casual dress * Company events * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends * Overtime Application question(s): * Do you have reliable transportation?
