Job details
We are looking to hire people with some experience in interior finishes. Drywall, Painting, Framing, Trim, Hanging doors, Laminate Flooring, are all assets. The position will start as an hourly as needed basis and progress to a more full time position if desired. Qualifications - Experience in construction industry - Ability to work in a physically demanding environment - Familiarity with using various hand and power tools - Strong attention to detail and safety protocols - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members - Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * New Glasgow, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred) Experience: * Drywall: 1 year (preferred) * Carpentry: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationNew Glasgow, NS
