*Job Overview*
Located in a home office, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the development and day-to-day activities of our Heating, Plumbing & HVAC-R product sales. These responsibilities would include the maintenance of existing accounts as well as cold calling to generate new business. While a degree is not necessary, it would be an asset. A willingness to learn and take courses for personal development is encouraged, and as our company is committed to your growth, costs will be borne by the company. *Duties*
· Establish and manage the wholesale distribution channel
· Collaborate with the distribution partners to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Identify and develop new business and promotional opportunities within your area of responsibility by calling on Contractors/Engineers/Builders/Facility Personnel
· Foster strong relationships with all stakeholders and focus on improving company profile
· Assist in the introduction/launch of new products
· Conduct product training seminars for contractors, engineers, and distribution partners
· Ensure all call activity is inputted into our CRM platform on a daily basis
· Collaborate with the management team to assist in the development of the company sales strategy
· Ensure delivery of the product in a safe, cost effective and timely manner
*Qualifications*
· Minimum 3 years of industry experience in an outside sales role
· Detailed understanding of Plumbing/Heating/HVAC-R industry
· Strong technical aptitude with the willingness to learn new products
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and order entry systems
· Proven dedication to a positive customer experience
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as well as comfortable giving presentations to large audiences

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
