*Duties*
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.
- Diagnose vehicle issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge to identify problems accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to conduct repairs and replacements of automotive parts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and necessary repairs.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required when handling automotive components or equipment.
- Collaborate with team members in a dealership environment to ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
*Requirements*
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various automotive systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and welding techniques when necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs and maintenance tasks.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
