Are you a self-initiator who enjoys working in a manual labour? We are looking for a team member who enjoys being part of a team, likes pigs, and excels in technical skills. Within this position, we offer skills advancement, training, and opportunity for a long-term career. In this role, you will be assisting in our sow barn working in cleaning and sanitizing the barn, keeping clear records of the pigs, feeding, pig care, and monitoring overall health of the animals. With this, we are also looking for someone who can help with general maintenance of the barns. *Personal Traits* · Team Player: willing to be mentored by and mentor other team members · Clear and concise communication with other team members · Integrity · Dependable · Organized *Technical Abilities:* ·Ability to lift 50 lbs Wage determined based upon skills, experience, and attitude. Willing to train the right candidate from the basics. Wage will be increased upon knowledge and training advancement.
