We are seeking a highly organized and proactive *Executive Assistant *to provide comprehensive support to our Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of the foundation by managing daily office operations and ensuring efficient workflow to enable the leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and effectively advance the foundations mission.

*Desired Qualifications:*
* 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
* Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in technology and office software.
* Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
* Office administration certificate or diploma
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, healthcare management, or a related field is considered an asset.
* Valid class 5 driver's licence.
