DEPARTMENT: Nursing - AdministrationANTICIPATED START DATE: 12 Aug 2024BARGAINING UNIT: CUPEJOB TYPE: Permanent part-timeSCHEDULE: Day, Weekend, Rotation, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Bilingual essentialNOTE : Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:Coordinates the staffing activities for nursing units.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), plus an additional administrative support program or course from six months to one year in length, or equivalent; Two years' previous experience required;Good knowledge of Word and Excel; Knowledge of other software programs currently used within the Network;General knowledge of the collective bargaining agreements in force in the nursing field;Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
