Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Hospitality industry. Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: May work in a team with shared supervisory responsibilities. Supervise other workers. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Provide customer service. Advise senior management. Work in a multidisciplinary environment. Plan and organize daily operations. Open and distribute mail and other materials. Motivate staff. Direct staff. Direct and control daily operations . Coordinate the flow of information within the team. Experience: Experience an asset.
