We offer our employees a gold standard health and dental package, 3 weeks paid vacation, time off over the Christmas season, and a matching RRSP contribution plan for up to 3% of your salary.The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of the provincial adapted Equipment Loan Service, the inclusive parallel sport and recreation in schools program, and assisting with accessibility reviews for sport, recreation, and active living programs and facilities.Qualifications:Post-secondary education in kinesiology or a related fieldKnowledge/experience in sport/recreation equipment maintenance & repairs is an assetSelf-motivated, innovative & resourcefulExcellent organizational, time-management, interpersonal, & relationship-building skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentExperience participating and/or working in the field of sport and recreation for persons with a disabilityProven abilities in program development, implementation & evaluationExperience in data management and reporting is an assetExperience in accessible built environment is an assetAbove-average writing skillsHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & social mediaExperience with equipment management, maintenance and repairAbility to communicate in both official languages is an asset.Other requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Must be willing to travel throughout the province. Must be able to work some evenings and weekends.
