NorthShore Fine Carpentry is a small family based company, building custom homes and cottages in the Muskoka's. We work along side other great builders, architects, and designers, to build high end homes with some of the most innovative products on the market.
Looking for a carpenter with experience to join our team building custom homes from the ground up. We are a small company that specializes in high end interior/exterior finish work, but also cover all aspects of the building process.
Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood materials for construction projects.
- Construct and install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets,
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
- Perform drywall installation, restoration work, and cabinet installations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Experience in construction, carpentry, and woodworking
- Ability to read blueprints
-experience hanging doors, and installing trim
- Knowledge of cabinet installation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on roofing and siding
-Experience building with insulated concrete forms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 ? 44 per week
Schedule:
* 10 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* No weekends
Education:
* Secondary School (required)
Experience:
* carpentry: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
* Class G Licence (required)
Work Location: In person
