Notre équipe, experte en Supply Chain et Logistique, parle votre langage et évolue dans votre univers.</p><p>We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented associate to support supply chain management and compliance activities . <br> <br>Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, responsibilities will include: <br> <br>Supplier monitoring: Ensure that suppliers comply with ethical and social standards, This includes: <br>Identify suppliers to be audited; <br>Review audit reports and ensure they are renewed on time; <br>Identify problems and propose solutions in collaboration with the procurement team. <br>Documentation and reporting: Maintain records of audits and actions taken in the supply chain. Prepare reports for management on progress and strategies implemented. <br> <br>Environmental and Social Responsibility (ESG): Collect and analyze ESG (environmental, social and governance) data, support the development of the Responsible Supply Chain annual report, and participate in the disclosure of sustainability practices. <br> <br>Research and analysis: Keep abreast of regulations, trends and standards concerning the supply chain, including legislation on modern slavery. Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement. <br> <br>Policy updating: Participate in the updating of internal policies such as the Code of Conduct, and assist in the development of new policies.</p><p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences or related field; <br>1 to 3 years' relevant experience; <br>Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and tools (e.g. SAP system); <br>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentation creation; <br>Understanding of compliance standards and best practices in supply chain management; <br>Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; <br>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams; <br>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</p>
