Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare patients for dental examinations. Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory. Prepare dental instruments and filling materials. Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment. Educate patients concerning oral hygiene. Polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant. Take and develop X-rays. Invoice patients for dental services. Take preliminary impressions for diagnostic casts. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Registration with provincial or territorial authorities. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Hand-eye co-ordination. Personal suitability: Team player. Accurate. Interpersonal awareness.
