Job Summary:
Badre Law Professional Corporation, a small personal injury practice specializing in motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip and falls, and disability denials, is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the firm's growth by managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the financial operations of the practice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform account reconciliations to track financial transactions.
- Assist in budgeting activities to support financial planning.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks or PC Law for bookkeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure financial compliance and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and payroll management.
- Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks and Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services setting is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
