*Who are we searching for?*
_*We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy and growing team for the evening shift (3:30 p.m. ? 12:00 a.m.). *_
_*Job Duties: *_Include but not limited to:
* Supervise warehouse workforce, reporting to site manager
* Complete shipping and receiving activities via RF scanner
* Ensure accurate and timely documentation
* Coordinate with carriers, manage dock schedule
* Submit reporting as required / assigned such as, but not limited to incident reports, damages and inventory outage/shortage
* Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment for all staff
* Report any and all equipment damages, malfunctions or safety hazards
* Ensure staff have adequate work during the course of the shift
* Ensure that when tasks are assigned they are completed and done correctly; tasks will include, but not be limited to, repacking, relabelling and decanting projects
* Determine needed supplies and equipment
* Ensure that all equipment is kept in a safe operating manner
* Ensure FIFO standards are being used
* Other related duties as required or assigned
* Will be required to be a member of the Emergency Response Spill Team and to follow all protocols and safety requirements as required such as fit testing for respirators and training on how to deal with spills
_*Required Knowledge/ Experience:*_
* Strong communication skills needed to communicate effectively with Management, CSR, Driver and Warehouse teams
* Good computer skills and knowledge of Office applications, WMS and RF Scanners
* Strong understanding of safe work practices, ability to recognize hazards and work towards solutions
* Minimum of 3 years? supervisory experience in a warehousing environment required
* Able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving its processes and procedures
* Demonstrate good organizational skills & reliability.
* Valid drivers license
* Minimum 3 years forklift experience
* Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
* Mechanical skills considered an asset
_*Work Conditions:*_
* Various indoor and outdoor weather conditions
* Ability to lift 60 lbs
* Manual dexterity to work on various projects
* Interact with management and colleagues
