She/he designs, coordinates and updates community organization programs to meet the needs of the community and promote its development. She/he acts as a resource person for the groups. Education:? Bachelor degree in human or social sciences such as social work, psychoeducation or psychology. Experience:? Three (3) years of experience mainly in group monitoring and in project coordination achieved in partnership or in community organization;? Work experience with community concertation tables. Knowledge and Abilities:? Knowledge of community-based services related to families and their children living in a vulnerable context;? Knowledge of social/health issues and impacts of historic events in Eeyou Istchee;? Knowledge of group care;? Understanding of families and human relations;? Knowledge of Eenou/Eeyou Pimaatsiiun healing practices and paradigms is an asset;? Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills;? Excellent critical thinking, synthesis, organizational and decision-making skills;? Excellent interpersonal and listening communication skills;? Autonomous, flexible and flexible discrete and empathetic;? Oral, written and interpersonal communication and listening skills;? Sense of creativity, solution-oriented and dynamism. LANGUAGE?
