\*Overview\* We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through precise welding and fitting techniques. 2-3 Years experience required. \*Responsibilities\* - Utilize power tools and welding equipment to fabricate, assemble, and build components according to specifications. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to determine project requirements. - Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. - Operate forklifts and cranes safely to move materials and finished products within the facility. - Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. \*Experience\* - Proven experience in welding and fitting roles is preferred. - Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. - Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication processes. - Experience operating power tools, forklifts, and cranes is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
