The London District Catholic School Board has a reputation for excellence, with more than 4,500 employees working together to educate approximately 27,500 students at 44 elementary schools, 9 secondary schools and St. Patrick Adult & Continuing Education within Middlesex, Oxford, and Elgin counties, including the cities of London, St. Thomas, Strathroy and Woodstock.<p> <p>We invite applications for the position of... <p> <p>Service Centre Administrator <p>Association of Business Professionals (Non-Union Employee Group)<p>Temporary Contract - Full Time Position <p>Effective Immediately until February 27, 2026<p>Group 3, $ 57,324 <p> <p><p>As a team member of ICT Services, the <p>Service Centre Administrator <p>provides a variety of services, support and training <p><p>to address the system wide application and technology needs of LDCSB staff and students.<p> <p> <p><p><p> <p>Qualifications and Skills required: <p><p> 2 year college diploma in Office Administration or equivalent (required).<p> <p> Knowledge and experience of customer service practices.<p> <p> <p> <p> Maintain a demonstrated working knowledge of present and emerging information communication technology and software<p> 1 to 2 years? experience working in a service / help desk role<p> 3 or more years? experience working in a K to 12 school environments preferred<p> Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills<p> Strong attention to detail and problem analysis and solving skills<p> Ability to work independently and in a team environment<p> Ability to maintain and respect confidentiality and security<p> Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations<p><p> <p>Applications must include Apply to Education portfolio, a cover letter and resume, documented proof of qualification, and the names and contact information of three professional references, one of whom is your immediate supervisor, by 4:00 p.m. on October 16 , 2024. <p>The London District Catholic schools exist to provide an educational atmosphere which fosters and directs the spiritual, intellectual, physical, and social growth of all our students to enable them to live and contribute as responsible Catholics in any society.
