Join us and become part of a company that values its people as its greatest asset. *Job Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the company?s finances by overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls. This position is perfect for a motivated individual who excels in a dynamic environment and is committed to ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. *Key Responsibilities* * Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in compliance with accounting standards. * Manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions. * Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. * Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for financial improvement. * Support budgeting and forecasting activities. * Liaise with auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations. * Assist in developing and improving internal financial processes. * Assist in payroll, AR and AP tasks as required. * Mentor and guide junior accounting staff. *Qualifications* * Certificate/ Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred * Minimum 2 years of accounting experience. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. * Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. * Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Effective communication and leadership skills. *Why Join Harold Marcus Limited?* * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. * Flexible work arrangements. * A company culture that values innovation, integrity, and employee well-being. *How to Apply* If you are a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for excellence, we would love to hear from you!
